Jerry is the go to guy for real estate. His knowledge of selling, buying and financing puts him in a position that most realtors never seem to achieve. I know this because I have purchased six homes in three different states. I have used him three times to refinance or sell a home. He got the best possible deal for me. In one case I needed money right away to complete a deal, he turned it quicker than what the local banks told me was possible. In another instance, my beautiful investment home was under water, I needed to move it. He negotiated with the lender and conducted the sale to move it to the next owner. I also appreciate his knowledge at closing because it is hard to grasp the detail of the pages without someone with Jerry’s expertise.

Jerry was wonderful to work with. He was able to tell what type of home we would like after only a few viewings. He was very enthusiastic and was really interested in what we wanted. He even kept us updated while we were out of town over a three-day weekend. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to get a house quickly.
